Children photos can be done in a portrait or photojournalism (candid) style. The photojournalistic style of photography is unique and very natural. Portraits can be shot in studio or on location. Candid photos are best taken at home, in a park, or a place where the child is comfortable or familiar. Photos can also be taken of newborns right in the hospital the day of birth. A web page can be put up within 24 hours to share with friends and family who live far away. Some samples of hospital photos:
For an additional fee, high quality digital scans of your photographs can be prepared and made "web ready" for your own web site. Sitting fees for children photographs start at $125.00* and include 10 or more digital proofs on a personal web page that will be displayed for one month. You can have a permanent web site made, updated and hosted for a longer period of time for additional fees. Each time we photograph a family member, we add on to your album. Hard copy photographs are not included in the price. A 50% deposit may be due at the time the appointment is made and the balance is due at the time of the photo session.
